This Privacy Policy explains how Unique Technology Software Company Limited("Yuzunihon", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use yuzunihon.com (the "Service"). If you have any questions, contact us at business@uniqtech.dev.

1. Data we collect

Account data: your name and email address when you register (including via Google sign-in).
Usage data: lessons, quizzes and exercises you interact with, progress, and app preferences, so we can provide and improve the learning experience.
Technical data: IP address, approximate country, browser/device information, and log data, used for security, anti-abuse, and diagnostics.
Payment data: handled entirely by our payment provider (see below). We receive subscription status and limited transaction metadata — we never receive or store your full card details.

2. How we use your data

to provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
to manage your account, subscription, and Premium access;
to communicate with you about your account and support requests;
to keep the Service secure and prevent abuse;
to comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-party services

We share data with service providers only as needed to run the Service:

Paddle — payments and subscription management (Merchant of Record) for purchases outside Vietnam. See Paddle's privacy policy.
payOS — bank transfer and QR payments for Premium bought in Vietnam. We send payOS the order amount, a reference code and your email address so the payment can be matched to your account; payOS returns the payment status and the payer's bank reference. We never receive or store your bank credentials. See payos.vn.
Google — optional sign-in (OAuth).
Cloudflare — bot protection (Turnstile) and network security.
Sentry — error monitoring and diagnostics.
GreenKVM — application and database hosting (virtual private server).

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use them to build advertising profiles.

5. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service or comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email business@uniqtech.dev.

7. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
